What to expect
We meet for weekly services on Sunday at 10 am. Our atmosphere is super casual. There’s no dress code, please come as you are (we mean it). We’re in South Florida, so it’s very common for people to come before heading to the beach, a sporting event, a concert or just spending the day in the warm, Florida weather. Shorts, sandals, t-shirts, tank tops, whatever, we’re good with all of it.
Our music is heartfelt, worshipful, inspiring and excellent.
Pastor Russell’s messages are engaging, thought-provoking, informative, relevant and always have real-world application.
If you’re looking for church the way you “remember it,” or the way “it should be,” we would encourage you to look for more "traditional church" communities. HSC is more of an “un-church” community. If you're looking for a true ecclesia, a community of authentic people working to live their lives as followers of Jesus, Sunday mornings will be a great introduction for you to who we are.
There’s a lot of activity for adults and kids at HSC on Wednesdays too. From 6:30 – 8 pm, we gather for a variety of events. Students from 6-12th grade come together in our Student Ministries. We also have options for men and women.
Throughout the year, on our own and in partnership with other local ministries, we participate in various events to serve our local community. Some of the ministries we work with include Food for the Poor, Feed My Starving Children, Habitat for Humanity and Boca Helping Hands.
